What is Observe.AI?
Observe.AI's homepage headline is "Purpose-built AI agents. One CX platform." It groups its products into customer-facing agents (Voice AI, Chat AI), a frontline tool (Companion Agent), operations tools (Insight, described as a "CX AI analyst," and Performance), and a platform layer that includes Interaction Intelligence and an "Action & Integration Fabric" (homepage).

Which AI capabilities does Observe.AI document?
- AI agents. The Voice AI page says the agent works "on every inbound and outbound call"; chat is covered by a separate Chat AI product (Voice AI page; homepage).
- Automated QA and coaching. Observe.AI's Performance Agent page says its "quality systems analyze 100% of interactions," draws on behaviors from AutoQA, and generates "evidence-backed" coaching plans that supervisors review and approve (Performance Agent).
- Agent assist. According to the May 2026 launch release, Companion Agent surfaces customer history before a call, guides agents through steps and compliance prompts during it, and drafts summaries and updates systems afterward (PR Newswire).
The homepage FAQ also says customers can "evaluate 100% of interactions" (homepage).

How does it connect to existing contact center systems?
Observe.AI's integrations page claims "250+ OOTB" (out-of-the-box) connectors. The visible first page names Amazon Connect, 8x8, Aircall, Avaya and CallRail as CCaaS or telephony integrations; the list is paginated, so others may exist (integrations page). Product pages describe connections to "CRM, telephony, APIs & MCP" through the Integration Fabric without naming more vendors (Voice AI page).

What security and compliance evidence is public?
Observe.AI's security page states that it is "ISO 27001:2013 certified" and lists PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA and SOC 2 Type 2 among standards it adheres to (security page). HIPAA is not listed on that page; a customer testimonial on the homepage refers to HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 audits (homepage).

What changed in 2025-2026?
- March 26, 2025: Observe.AI launched VoiceAI agents to handle routine contact center calls (press release).
- May 13, 2026: It launched Companion Agent, a multi-agent interface for frontline teams (PR Newswire).
- The 2025 release calls the product "VoiceAI agents," while the current homepage lists it as "Voice AI" alongside Chat AI, Insight and Performance, so buyers comparing older material should map names carefully (homepage).

What should buyers verify?
Confirm which CCaaS and CRM connectors are certified for your stack, since the visible integration list is partial. Ask for HIPAA and BAA terms in writing if you handle health data, because the security page does not list HIPAA. Ask how AutoQA scores are calibrated and what accuracy Observe.AI measures on your scorecards. Pricing is not published on the pages checked.
