Which AI capabilities does NiCE document?
- Automated QA. NiCE's Quality Management page says Auto Score uses "LLMs powered by NiCE AI Models" and offers "100% unbiased evaluation coverage." Its FAQ says evaluations cover calls, chat, email, social and CRM tickets (Quality Management).
- Agent assist. Copilot for Agents "proactively delivers knowledge, context, and next best actions," with real-time summaries across voice and digital channels (Copilot for Agents).
- Analytics. Interaction Analytics is listed in NiCE's suite pricing, included from the Complete Suite upward (pricing).

How does it connect to existing contact center systems?
NiCE is itself the contact center platform, so most buyers adopt CXone as the system of record rather than layering NiCE AI onto another CCaaS. Cognigy remains available as a standalone product as well as inside NiCE's platform, according to the acquisition announcement (Cognigy).
NiCE publishes list prices per agent per month: Omnichannel Suite $110, Essential $135, Core $169, Complete $209 and Ultimate $249 plus $0.25 per session. Quality management is included from Essential, and copilots and automated summaries are marked as consumption-based add-ons (pricing).

What security and compliance evidence is public?
NiCE's Trust Center says it undergoes "regular third-party audits including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2+ HITRUST, IRAP, FedRAMP, and more" (Trust Center). HIPAA is not named on that page.
